4 U4 <br />Section 2. That all clocks and time pieces, including those in the municipal offices, within said City shall, <br />at the hour of 2 :00 A.M., Central Standard Time, on each last Sunday of each April in every year be advanced <br />one hour, namely, to three o'clock A.M. <br />Section 3. That all business within said City shall be conducted in conformity vith the advancement of one <br />hour until 2 :00 'o''clock A.M., Eastern Standard Time, of each last Sunday of each September of every year. <br />Section 4. That at the hour of 2, :00 o'clock A.M., Eastern Standard Time, on each last Sunday of each <br />September of every year, all clocks and time pieces within said City shall be set back one hour to conform <br />to Central Standard Time. <br />Section 5. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its enactment and approval by the <br />Mayor, and shall govern the moment of time at which the City, now on Eastern Standard Time, shall return to <br />Central Standard Time. <br />Councilman Richardson made a motion to adopt the Resolution. Councilman Heideman seconded the motion. <br />Councilman Richardson made a motion to withdraw his former motion.. Councilman Heideman seconded the motion. <br />Councilman Neizgodski made a motion to table the Resolution.
