The test was
performed on our CFS- 2300 -1 cremator installed at Skyline Memorial Park in Monee Illinois.
Three tests (runs) were performed over a period of two days using human remains during each test and
running the cremator in the normal operating mode.
An Armil /CFS technician and a Skyline employee operated the cremator and performed the three
cremations, while three GE Energy technicians performed the sampling, measurement, and analysis (on
site).
The testing procedures and methods are defined in GE Energy Report M22E 1769A Rev. l dated
September 22, 2009.
