(AS AMENDED) <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE AMOUNT OF $5,000.00 <br />FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA TO THE BUDGET OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AND SAFETY, AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT FOR THE <br />PREPARATION AND MAINTENANCE OF CIVIL DEFENSE. <br />Councilman Heideman made a motion to change the wording of Personal service to that of Contingency Fund. <br />Councilman 'McCarthy seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />The ordinance as amended was given its third reading by title. and passed by rollcall vote of 8 ayes- labsent. <br />There being no further business, Council adjourned ati 8 :56 P.M.
