Councilman Hull made <br />a motion that budget ordinance No. 1 be referred to the Committee of the Whole for public hearing on August 25th. <br />Councilman Pulaski seconded the motion. Motion carried by 8 ayes - 0 nays - 1 absent. <br />Budget ordinance No. 2 was given the same motion by Councilman Pulaski, seconded by Councilman Heideman and carried <br />by a vote of 8 ayes - 0 nays - 1 absent. <br />Councilman Bishop made a motion that Budget Ordinance No. 3 be referred to the Committee of the Whole for public <br />hearing on August 25th. Councilman Niezgodski seconded the motion.
