<br />The budget ordinances were given second reading in full in the same order as set out above. Councilman Hull made
<br />a motion that budget ordinance No. 1 be referred to the Committee of the Whole for public hearing on August 25th.
<br />Councilman Pulaski seconded the motion. Motion carried by 8 ayes - 0 nays - 1 absent.
<br />Budget ordinance No. 2 was given the same motion by Councilman Pulaski, seconded by Councilman Heideman and carried
<br />by a vote of 8 ayes - 0 nays - 1 absent.
<br />Councilman Bishop made a motion that Budget Ordinance No. 3 be referred to the Committee of the Whole for public
<br />hearing on August 25th. Councilman Niezgodski seconded the motion. Motion carried.by vote of 8 ayes -0 nays -labs

<br />Councilman Heideman made a motion that Budget Ordinance No. 6 be referred to the Committee of the Whole for public
