Councilman Bishop made a motion to have the ordinance referred to <br />the Committee of the Whole for a public hearing on June 23. Councilman Pulaski seconded the motion. Councilman Hull made a motion that the ordinance be referred to <br />the Committee of -the. Whole for public hearing June 23. Councilman Pulaski seconded the motion. Motion mrried. <br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $50.00 FROM THE CONTINGENCY FUND IN THE APPRO* • <br />PRIATION OF THE CITY CONTROLLERtS OFFICE TO AN ACCOUNT KNOWN AS NUMBER R3, FOR THE <br />'REPAIR OF EQUIPMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES. <br />(WHEREAS, it is found desirable and necessary to repair certain automotive equipment used by the Department of Weights <br />and Measures. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT'RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, that there is hereby set <br />aside and transferred, out of the contingency fund in the appropriation of the City Controller's office, the amount <br />of fifty (50.00); dollars to be credited to the account known as R3 and to be used for the repair of equipment of <br />the Department of Weights and Measures. <br />(Dated at South Bend this day of June, 1941. <br />Approved by:' HARRY S.
