102 <br />RESOLUTION: <br />RESOLUTION concerning the depth of the Honorpble J. W. McInerny <br />WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indipnp, has learned of the recent <br />depth of J. W. McInerny, Juvenile Referee, Pnd <br />WHEREAS, J. W. McInerny vrps a hivhly iesnected citizen of the community of South Bend, Indian <br />end p conscientious and efficient -public officisl of St. Joseph County, and <br />WHEREokS, he has given of his time ?nd energy to the improvement of this community for mrny <br />years past and his depth will be s serious loss to the City of South Bend and St.. Joseph <br />County, and <br />WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of South Bend pnd the citizens of this City deeply <br />regret his ppesing, <br />THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, on behalf of <br />the City and its citizens, extend to Mrs. McInerny, the rife of J. W. McInerny, and his <br />children, who survive him, their deepest regrets ^nd sincerest sympathy, and. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that p copy of this resolution be delivered by the Clerk to Mrs. Mc- <br />Inerny and a copy be sprerd on the records of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. <br />Resolution wps reed by Councilmpn Pulpski who motioned thf.t the resolution, be approved. <br />Councilmpn Richprdson seconded the motion.
