<br />in the City Hrll, 14- ndey evening, Novem er 14th, et the hour of 10:57 P. Cri. All members
<br />were present except Councilman James. President Hull presided. The reading of the minutes
<br />were dispersed with on the motion of Councilman Fish, seconded by Ccuncilman Chambers. - Motion
<br />carried.
