<br />Be it remembered th(t the Common Council met in the Regular Session in the Council Chambers
<br />in the City Hall, Monday evening, June 13th, at the hour of 9:20 P. M. All members were
<br />present. President Hull presided. The reeding of the minutes were dispensed with on motion
<br />of Councilmen Fish end seconded by Councilmen BierwG�en. 1"otion carried.

<br />RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE SUM OF FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1500.00) FROM THE AMOUNT APPROPRIAT
<br />FOR W. P. A. PROJECTS IN THE 1938 BUDGET TO PROJECT #1052, THE SAME BEING THE STREET AND ALLEY
<br />PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND.
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Common. Council of the City of South Bend, Indipna:
<br />That in addition to the sums previously a.11ocpted by this body out of the amounts budgeted for
<br />1.939 for W. P. A. Projects that the sum of fifteen Hundred �ollprs ($1500.00) be allocated end
<br />set over unto Project #1052 to pay for additional materials and supplies for the City's Sponsor
<br />Shpre of spid project.
<br />It is the sense of this body thl:t this Fifteen Hundred Dollers ($1500.00) shell be chargepble
<br />to ns'hatever belence rempins from the eltount of Thirty -Seven Thousand Dollars ($37,000.00)

<br />It is further understood by the Council that tr.is is the project for streFt and :alley improvement
<br />in the City of South Bend.
