At this time we will present further evidence in support of our petition. The City Pinnning Commission is not empowered to ppss upon either of the conditions mend -rting P Housing Muth -rity under the lsw. This is the opinion_ of Mr. Hunter, the City Attorney. In any adequrte, vrlid rerort we must resume that the Council h= s secured a_ll pertinent rnsterip, bearing on housing from all sources. Any information which could be presented by the City Pla- ning Committee would presumably have alre^dy been considered by the Housing Committee of the Council. Therefore, we feel Pry further delay is unnecessary ,and request the Council to ti=ke up the report of the Housing Committee for discussion and action at its meeting on March 14th.
