R E S.0 -L U`T I0 N <br />WHEREAS, the Supreme Ruler of the Universe, in his all knowing wisdom has seen fit to cell Fred <br />Woodward, from the ranks of Citizenry of South Bend, and <br />WHEREAS, the Woodward family have always pleyed 'a leading part in our civic. affairs, and the <br />late Fred Woodward has spent practically all his life in the City, where he was known and <br />loved, by many friends and where he was prominent in matters pertaining to Civic Welfare. <br />THEFUEFORE -, be it resolved by the Co -ninon Council of the City of South Bend, Indien2, that we <br />deeply regret the passing of the deceased and extend to the bereaved family its expression of <br />sorrow. And that a- copy of this resolution be spread on the minutes of said council. <br />Guy A.
