REGULAR MEETING MINUTES AUGUST 9th, 1937 Be it remembered that the Common Council of the-City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening, August 9th, 1937, at the hour of 7 :45 P. M. All members were present except Councilman Goetz. President Fish pres- iaed. Councilman Hull moved to disperse with the reading of the minutes for the last few meet- ings. Councilman Chambers meconded the motion. Motion carried. Pension Fund of the City Government of the City of South Bend, Indiana, for the fiscal year be- ginning January 1, 1938, and ending December 31, 1939, including all outstanding claims and obligations, and fixing a time when the same shall take effect. The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on motion of Councilmen Chambers was referred to the Committee of the Whole end also that s public hearing be held on .August 23rd, 1937. The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on motion of Councilman Chambers was referred to the Committee of the Whole and also that a r.ublic hearing be held on August 23rd., 1937. Councilman Kerner seconded the motion. Motion carried.
