<br />JULY 26th, 1937
<br />Be it remembered. thpt the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the
<br />regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening,•July 26th, -1937, at
<br />the hour of 7:55 P. M. All members were present except Councilmen Goetz and Councilman James.
<br />Councilmen. Chambers moved that the rF`ding of the minutes for the last meeting be dispensed
<br />with. Councilman Rasmussen seconded the motion_. Motion carried. Bresident Fish presided.

<br />and One Hundred, Fifty Dollars (150.00) for Publication of Notices.

<br />Hundred Twenty Dollars ($1020.00) from the General Fund of the City of South Bend to Account
<br />D -4 under the City Treasurer's Office for the payment of Special Barrett Law Clerks for the
<br />Balance of the year 1937.
<br />Respectfully report that they have exsmined the matter and that in their opinion should be re-
