REGULAR MEETING MARCH 8th. 1 <br />MINUTES <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Ind ipna, met in the <br />regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mondsy evening, March 8th, 10,37, <br />r.t the hour of 7:30 P. M. All members were present except Councilman Rasmussen. President <br />Fish presided. Councilman Chambers moved that the reading of the minutes for the last meeting <br />be dispensed with. Councilmen Hull seoncded the motion. Councilman James moved to amend Councilman Chambeā€¢­s motion that said <br />Metter be placed on file and a copy be sent to the committee. Councilmar Chambers seconded the <br />motion.
