REGULAR MEETING MARCH 8th. 1 MINUTES Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Ind ipna, met in the regular session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mondsy evening, March 8th, 10,37, r.t the hour of 7:30 P. M. All members were present except Councilman Rasmussen. President Fish presided. Councilman Chambers moved that the reading of the minutes for the last meeting be dispensed with. Councilmen Hull seoncded the motion. Motion carried. CERTIFICATION OF POSTING NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS In the Matter Determining Additional Appropriations for extra funds for the improvement of #2 Fire Stati ®n in excess of the ninety five hun:i -red dollars eppropri^ted in the 1D37 Budget. Councilman James moved to amend Councilman Chambe•s motion that said Metter be placed on file and a copy be sent to the committee. Councilmar Chambers seconded the motion. Motion carried. Cou ncilmpn Hull reported on Ordinance No. 3190 which was referred to the Committee on Ordinances. That the committee has met several times rith the Health department and the plumbers, and that spid ordinance be tabled.
