REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 22nd., 1937 <br />MINUTES <br />Be it remembered th ^t the Common Council of the City of Seuth Bend, Indinne met in the <br />regulpr session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening, February 22nd, 1937, <br />pt the hour of 8:55 P. M. All members were present. President Fish presided. Councilman Hull <br />moved that the reading of the minutes for the last meeting be dispensed with. Co=cilman Goetz <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />CERTIFICATION OF POSTING NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS <br />In the Matter Determining Additional appropriations for extra funds for the employment of pn <br />additional milk inspector, providing a. car for him and pay for the gasoline for the balance of <br />the year 1937.. - <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />February 23rd., 1937 <br />I; Mary B. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE #3001 <br />To the Common Council ;of the City of South Bend: <br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred an Ordinance appropriating the sum of <br />$2,325.00 from the General Fund of the City of South end to certain accounts under the Board <br />of Health for the employment of pn ed.diti.onsl Milk Inspector, rmovid.ing a car for him and pay <br />for the gasoline for the balance of the year 1937• <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion should be re- <br />oorted favorable. Geo. W. Goetz, Chairman. <br />The report was accepted by the Council end ordered to be placed on file.
