Motion carried. CERTIFICATION OF POSTING NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS In the Matter Determining Additional epproprietions for eutr$ funds fof the installation of tre•ffic lights on Lincoln Way West; transferring monies from one account to another account all under the Board of Aviation; also for a change of zoning. REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: #3191 Your Com i.ttee of the Whole to whom was referred An Ordinance amending certain parts.of Ordinance No./2331 commonly known rs the Zoning 0•rdinance. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion should be reported favorable. Geo. W. Goetz, Chairman. The report was accepted by the Council and ordered to be placed on file. Motion carried. REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: #3192 ' Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred an Ordinance transferring the sum-of Two Hundred Dollars from certain accounts under the Board of Aviation to other accounts under the Board of Aviethn. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion should be re- -ported fn-voTable. Geo. W. Goetz, Chairman. The report was accepted by the Council and ordered to be placed on file. Motion carried. REPORT OF THE C0R.VVITTEE OF THE WHOLE To the Common Council of the City of South Bend 43193 Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred an Ordinance appropriating the sum of One Thous?_nd Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars from the General Fund of the City of Mouth Bend to S -15, the s &me being the account for new traffic lights., under the Board of Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana. Respectfully - report that they have examined the matter end that in their opinion should be re ported favorable. Geo. W. Goetz, Chkirman. N. and P_ pert of lot 0 in Wenger and Kreighbaum's Vietule Avenue add from Commercial to Residential clessificetton was considered by the City Plen Commission at a special meeting November 13 and it is recommend- ed that these lots be changed to B residence and B height and area districts.
