The 1936 Conference will be held in Wash- <br />ington on November 16 -18. <br />At this time when so many common problems face the larger cities, it is urgent that <br />effective interchange of information end experience covering municipal affairs take.pla:ce. The <br />annual Conference serves as a medium for such interchange between the important cities of the <br />country. <br />Among the problems to be considered in November are those of Relief, Lew Enforcement <br />and.Finance. Outstanding Federal officials are on the program and there will be ample time for <br />discussion. No city can afford not--to be- represented -if it is to keep abreast of developments, <br />especia.i.
