<br />estate, hereby respectfully petition you Honorable Body to amend that portion of Ordinance 2331,
<br />adopted June 25, 1923, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance" affecting lost No. 27, 25, 29,
<br />end 30 in Leeper's Second Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, and thereby charge the
<br />above described property from "A" residence District to "C" Commercial District.
<br />WHEREFORE, we respectfully request that you cause public notice to be given end public
