<br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the
<br />Special Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hell, Monday evening, August 31st, 1936, et
<br />-the hour of 7:30 P. M. All members were present. President Fish presided.

<br />. You are hereby notified that under -end-by virtue of the authority of law vested in me as
<br />Mayor of the City of South Bend, of the State of Indiana, a Special Meeting of the Common Counci:
<br />of said City is hereby called to meet at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P. 14- or as soon thereafter as
<br />convenient, on Monday evening, August 31st, 1936, for the purpose of receiving A Report end
<br />taking funal action on the following:
