An Ordinance appropriating certain sums from the General Fund or operating balance in the Department of Public Parks in the City of South Bend, Indiana, td certain_ subdivisions in said department and transferring certain sums from subd,Jsions in said department to other subdivisions in the same department, Pll as hereinafter set out. RESOLUTIONS: BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That it shall be the sense of this Honorable Body that the Indiana State Legislature, con- vening in January, 1937 be memoralized and requested to introduce in siarllegislature an act to anreal the net combining the Boards of Public Works and Safety as affecting second class cities in sn.id State end to reinact the statute creating separate Boards of Works and Safety composed of three members each b- partisan in membership and with ell of-the other rights and privileges eccruing to said Board as pursuant to the provisions of the statute.
