Ordinance adopted. <br />ORDINANCE N0.'3159 <br />An Ordinance appropriating the sum of Two Hundred Dollars from the General Find of the City <br />of South Bend to account #E -5, which is the account for Special Judges in the City Court. <br />The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on motion <br />of Councilman Hall was referred to the Committee of the Whole, and also that a public hearing <br />be held on the 8th day of June, 1936. Councilmen Goetz seconded the motion.
