I <br />RrSOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission, through t he Building Commissioner, be respect- <br />fully requested to -present to this Council for it's consideration, amendment and. /or approval, a <br />master plan for 'the physical development of the City and the regulation of the sub - division of <br />land in end around the City, in order to properly control future developments as to traffic, heal <br />aesthetic, end other considerations, in accordance with the Acts of 1935; such City Planning Com- <br />mission to be respectfully requested to formulate all regulations which they believe necessary in <br />order to insure the spirit of the Act 2s pertaining to future physical development to be carried <br />out.
