I RrSOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission, through t he Building Commissioner, be respect- fully requested to -present to this Council for it's consideration, amendment and. /or approval, a master plan for 'the physical development of the City and the regulation of the sub - division of land in end around the City, in order to properly control future developments as to traffic, heal aesthetic, end other considerations, in accordance with the Acts of 1935; such City Planning Com- mission to be respectfully requested to formulate all regulations which they believe necessary in order to insure the spirit of the Act 2s pertaining to future physical development to be carried out. To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred An Ordinance appropriating the sum of Four Hundred and ninety Dollars from the Aviation Fund of the City of South Bend to certain accounts in said Aviation Fund set ur under the Board of Aviation pursuant to statute. Respectfully report that they hsve examined the matter and that in their opinion should be report ed favorable. George W. G -etz, Chairman. A letter from H. E.
