<br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the 
<br />Regular Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening November 18th, 1935, at 
<br />the hour of 7:35 P. M. All Members were present except Councilman James and Councilman Chambers. 
<br />President Hull presided. 0o- ,jncilman Goetz moved that the reading of the minutes of the last 
<br />meeting be dispensed with. Councilman Bierwegen seconded the motion. Motion carried.
