<br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred An Ordinance approv.inw, the transfer of
<br />$4,766.63 in Union Trust Company Savings; accounts held by the South Bend Municipal Water Works
<br />Depprtment Meter Deposit Fund to the General -Fund of the Municipal City- of South Bend and author-
<br />izing the transfer'by- the - proper officials of the City of South Bend of said-Union Trust Account
<br />to Citizens.Trust & Savings Bank -as- Trustees for the payment of an obligation due said Trustees
<br />by the City of South Bend, Indiana. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and
<br />that in their opinion the said ordinance should be reported favorable. Wm. Bierwegen, Chairman

<br />examined the matter and that in their opinion the sa -d ordinance shoul&'be reported favorable.

<br />peddlers, hawkers, itinerant merchants and others in going upon the property of citizens of the
<br />city of South Bend, Indiana. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that
<br />in their opinion the said ordinance should be Tabled. Wm. Bierwagen, Chairman. The report was

<br />An Ordinance approving the Trensfer of $4,766.63 in Union Trust Company Savings Accounts
<br />held by the South Bend Municipal Water Works Department Meter Deposit Fund to the General Fund
<br />of the Municipal City of South Bend and Authorizing the transfer by the proper officials of the
<br />City of Soiath Bend of said Union Trust Accounts to Citizens Trust & Savings Bank as Trustees
<br />for payment of an obligati ^n due said Trustees by the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />The Ord.if�ence was given its third reading by title, and was placed upon its passage and
<br />passed by the following vote: Hull,-Goetz, Bierwagen, Kerner, Fish, Rasmussen end Palicki,
<br />Ayes 7, Nays 0. Ordinance adopted.

<br />An Ordinance authorizing the purchase of a, Studebaker Big Chief Tractor and Fire Equipment

<br />The Ordinance was given its third reeding by title, and wac placed upon its passage and
<br />passed by the following vote: Hull, Goetz, Bierwagen, Kerner, Fish, Rasmussen and. Palicki,
<br />Aves 7, Nays 0. Ordinance adopted,

<br />An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $422.33 from the General Fund of the pity of Son.th
<br />Bend to Account No. B -11A for the discharge of a judgment in the sum of $187.45 against the City
<br />of South Bend in favor of Frank G. Grzeszczyk, also a claim of Frank Hogan in the sum of $34. ,08
<br />and the sum of $200.00 for Al W. Hosinski for salary claim.
<br />The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on
<br />Motion of Councilman Fish said ordinance was referred to the Committee of the Whole -, also that.
<br />P Public Hearing be held November 11th, 1935 at 7:30 P. M. Councilman Fish moved to amend his
<br />motion to the 18th of November, 1935 at 7:30 P. M. Councilman Rasmussen seemided the motion.
