M. All Members were present. Councilman Hull presided. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and on, ?oti�n of Councilman Chambers, were accepted as read. Gentlemen: — The writer hes received a copy of the Motor Vehicle Safety Inspection as suggested by Fred L.Der. Director of Highway Safety, of the Bendix Products Corporation. Gentlemen: My attention has been called to an effort thet is being made to inaugurate a system of-Motor vehicle inspection by the City. I heartily endorse this movement, because I believe many accidents ere due to faulty brakes and imperfect lighting on automobiles, which would be corrected if such a plan were put into effect.
