M. All Members were present. Councilman Hull presided. <br />The minutes of the previous meeting were read and on, ?oti�n of Councilman Chambers, were <br />accepted as read. Building <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />June 13, 1935 <br />COMMON CMTCIL, <br />City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />Gentlemen: <br />My attention has been called to an effort thet is being made to inaugurate a system of-Motor <br />vehicle inspection by the City. <br />I heartily endorse this movement, because I believe many accidents ere due to faulty brakes <br />and imperfect lighting on automobiles, which would be corrected if such a plan were put into <br />effect. <br />Yours very truly, <br />W.
