PETITON: <br />June 11, 1935 <br />City Council <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />The undersigned petitions your Honorable Council as follows: This Petitioner asks that <br />certain .real estate now classed as "B" Residential under City Ordinance No. 2331 be placed. in <br />"C" Commercial District use and "E" Height and Area District, said real estate being described <br />as follows: <br />Lot "A" and Lot Ten (10) in J. E. Talz Revised Addition to the City of South Bend. <br />This Petitioner is the owner of a building located on Lot Ten (10) in said addition, which <br />building is occupied for purli_c garaLe purposes and has been so occupied for the past twenty - <br />five years.
