PETITON: June 11, 1935 City Council South Bend, Indiana The undersigned petitions your Honorable Council as follows: This Petitioner asks that certain .real estate now classed as "B" Residential under City Ordinance No. 2331 be placed. in "C" Commercial District use and "E" Height and Area District, said real estate being described as follows: Lot "A" and Lot Ten (10) in J. E. Talz Revised Addition to the City of South Bend. This Petitioner is the owner of a building located on Lot Ten (10) in said addition, which building is occupied for purli_c garaLe purposes and has been so occupied for the past twenty - five years. Said. building- and use has been a non - conforming use as provided in Section Eight of said zoning ordinance, and. that the said Petitioner requests said charge in ?oning in order to successfully carry on said business and make necessE.ry improvements and additions thereto.
