MINUTES
<br />Be it Remembered that -the Common Council of the City of South Bend; Indiana, met in the
<br />Regular Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening June 10th; 1935, a.t
<br />the hour of 9:40 P. M. All Members present except Councilman Goetz. Councilman HuTt presided.
<br />Councilmen Hull moved that the minutes of the last meeting be dispensed with. Councilman James
<br />seconded the motion. 1-Toti ^n carried.

<br />It is the policy of our organization to promote,efficiency, discipline, end a, spirit of loyalty
<br />to our'City, and the Public.
<br />We are opposed to anything that is a menace to the Public or it's property, or that might
<br />impair or interfere with the efficiency of our Dept.
<br />No person, or persons; have the right to claim or infer that they represent our orgnnizzt'on,
<br />Other then in A muter of Law, unless they have credentials properly signed by the President,
<br />and Secretary of our Local-, and bearing it's Seel.
<br />We will deem it a f2vor, if in the future the Council will not consider any one who claims tc
<br />represent us, unless they are duely qualified.
