CHAMBERS. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />Th ^t the Standard Time throughout said city, beginning with the hour of 2:00 o'clock A.M. <br />on the morning of each fourth S.andsy of each Anril, And ending at'the hour of 2:00 o'clock A.M. <br />Eastern Standard Time, e?ch fourth Sunday of Each September shall be that of 75 Meridiam of <br />Longitude best from Greenwich, known as Eastern Standard Time; <br />That the clocks of the Municipal offices -at such hour of 2:00 o'clock A.M.
