Via. or as soon !, thereafter as convenier_t, on Monday, evening, February 4th, 1935 for the purpose of receiving j ` a Report and taking final actin on the following Ordinance, which title is as follows "Ordinance Authorizing the Borrowing of $50,000.00 for the purpose of defraying the Cityfs , Portion of the Expense of Acquiring a Right -of -Way which would open the territory of North Michigan Street from North Shove Drive A?orth to the City limits of South Bend, and the Sale of Bonds therefor." r ALSO For the introduction of=the following Ordinance, which title is as follows: € "An ordinance transferring $1,489.83•from the Generr-.1 Fund to-`the Department of Public " streets. r 4 ALSO For the introducti.cn of the following Ordinance, which title is as follows �:. The-Street Department, The Board of Public Works, Tne,Cumetery Department, The .
