Polish - American Central Civic Committee <br />of South Bend, Indiana <br />February 26, 193+. <br />To The Honorable Common.Council of the City of'South Bend, Indiana <br />Gentlemen; <br />General Joseph Haller, commander -in- chief of the Polish army on the western franc in, <br />world war, will address the citizens of St. Joseph County in the South Bend High School Auditor <br />ium on Sunday afternoon, March 25, 193+. <br />In behalf of the committee on arrangements I have honor and pleasure to invite your <br />Honorable Body to,. take part i.�-, an official reception: of the General at 2 o'clock at the Main <br />Street entrance of the St. Joseph,County Court House, preceeding the High School meeting. <br />You are likewise invited to attend and occupy seatsof honor on the rostrum at the High School <br />meeting.' <br />In the evening a banquet to which you are most cordially invited will be had in honor <br />of Gen. Haller.
