<br />An Ordinance establishing Oouncilmanio Districts in the City of South Bend by dividing said
<br />city into six such Counoimlmanio Districts, and fixing their boundaries,, and providing for the
<br />use of voting machines in elections for nominating and electing officers of said city, and
<br />repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict therewith.
<br />The Ordinance was given its third reading by title, and d was placed upon its passage and
<br />passed over the Mayor's veto by the following vote: Nelson, Whiteman, Rokop, Goetz, Jaworski,
<br />Altfeld, Hiss and Grzeskowiak, voting Aye, Hull, Oakley, Cripe and Gustin voting Nay. Ayes 9,
