Concluded <br />RESOLUTION. INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMAN JOSEPH S.-JAWORSKI. <br />WHEREAS, The City-Sinking Fund-is not.sufficient to pay obligations 2 presen Iy due; and <br />WMWAS The Department of Public Parks is able to spare enough to meet this <br />deficiency, to-wit, Fourteen Hundred and One Dollars-and Sixty-six 0,6nts ($1401.66) *and is <br />willing to loan the same to the City for a period not to exceed July lst, 1933, the City to <br />reimburse said Department with such interest as would accrue to it if allowed'baid fund to <br />remain in its depositary. <br />Now, therefore be it <br />RESOLVED, That the City Controller-be authorized-to receive from said Department of <br />receive from said Department of Public Parks the said sum of Fourteen Hundred and One <br />Dollars and Sixty-six Cents ($1401.'66) upon the terms stated. <br />4A <br />On Motion of Councilman Hiss the Resolution was adopted.
