Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE. <br />Tothe Common Council of the City of South Bend; <br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred An Ordinance Regulating } the operation <br />of Taxicabs Respectfully report that they have'examined the matter, and that in their opinion <br />the said Ordinance should be reported Unfavorable .
