THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of South Bend -that upon payment Public Indemnity Company of-New Jersey to the Sinking Fund Commission of tje City of South Bend, Indiana, the amount of Nine Thousand IS Nine Hundred Fourteen:Dollars and wenty -one Cents ($9,914#:21), now owing" by the said Union Trust Company to the City of. ,South Bend on account of Sinking Fund deposits, the' sai& Sinking Fund Commission of the City of South Bend`s Ind* is hereby authorized and empowered to assign to the said Public indemnity Oompany of New Jersey all its rightrtitle and interest in andto the amount of Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Fourteen dollars and Twenty -one Cents ($9,914 *.21) owing to the Sinking Fund of said Oity by t e said Union Trust Company which- amount includes 9,e82.'09 on deposit and 32.1 interest.
