Tobthe Common Co- ancil of the City -.of South Bend: Your Committee of the Whole to-whom was referred A Petition to amend Ordinance No. 2331, known as the Zoning Ordinance meant affecting Lot No. 20, in South East Add. as platted by the Fidelity Land Co. and Lot No. 179, in Roseland Plat No. 2, and Mayrs Vistula Ave. Ad�, Lot No. and 2, to the City of South Bend, Indiana, from Residential District and "C" Commercial District. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter, and that in their opinion the said Petition should be reported ultnfavorable. John C. Nelson, Chairman. The report was accepted by the Council. To the Common Council of the City of South Bend Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred An Ordinance changing North Shore Drive fro Niles Avenue to West Angela Avenue from a Street to a Boulevard and giving the care and control thereof unto the Board of Park Commissioners of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
