Kelsey, for change of height•and area6district on Lincoln `day East was considered by City Plan Commission at their regular meeting Nov. 7th, The description given in this.petition overlaps the description:gigexL in the ordinance covering change in Wenger & Kreighbaums Vistula:-Ave-Addition. The City Plan Commission recommends this change of that part of the property described in the petition from Miami St. to Marine St, ins ead of from the Grand Trunk Ry. because in so doing there would be no overlapping of descriptions:. The attention of the Common Council is called-to an error in the description of this lot in that the Bank Outlot.- number should be 113 instead. of 13 as it appears in • the proposed ordinance.
