ORDINANCE NO. <br />.AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $21,184.00 OF TITLE XX <br />GRANT MONIES FROM THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND CRIME CONTROL <br />FUND FOR VARIOUS YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU ACTIVITIES <br />DURING THE PERIOD JULY 1, 1978 THROUGH JUNE 30, 1979. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In that additional funding is needed for the Youth Service <br />Bureau to provide a full summer program, and provide extra funds for <br />intern activities, and in that'the City has obtained a State of Indiana <br />Title XX Grant to fund these activities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $21,184.00 is hereby appropriated from <br />the Crime Control Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the <br />Youth Service Bureau as set forth below: <br />SECTION II.
