ORDINANCE N0. _43 W. ;? r <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,899.50 FROM THE <br />DISCOVERY HALL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, FOR VARIOUS CONSULTING SERVICES TO BE <br />ADMINISTERED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF AMNISTRATION <br />AND FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Whereas the City applied for and received a planning grant <br />for Discovery Hall from the National Endowment for the Hwnan.ities, <br />the City would now like to expand these funds for consultant work <br />performed at Discovery Hall. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $2,899.50 is hereby appropriated for <br />the year 197�rom the Discovery Hall Fund of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana. This appropriation is to be admi-aistered by the Department <br />of Administration and Finance and will be distributed as set forth <br />below: <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />0260.0 Contractual Services $2,899.50 <br />SECTION II.
