Your favorable action on this measure is <br />greatly appreciated. <br />I am now proposing an amendment to that ordinance <br />which will even further strengthen the City's <br />authority to dispose of abandoned vehicles left <br />on private property. It is my understanding <br />that "junk" vehicles left on private property <br />in residential areas present a general nuisance <br />to our citizens. This bill would help eliminate <br />the "scenic blight" caused by such vehicles in <br />our neighborhoods. <br />For this reason, your approval of this measure <br />is most greatly appreciated. <br />Sincerely, <br />Richard C.
