SECTION III. The Common Council recommends as follows: <br />(a) The firefighter's clothing allowance be $325 per year. <br />(b) That $25,000 be appropriated during 1979 for the purchase <br />of Aluminized Nomex safety clothing for the firefighters. Each <br />firefighter will contribute $25 from his clothing allowance toward <br />the purchase of such safety clothing. <br />(c) That the City's share of the cost of health insurance for <br />dependents of City employees be increased by $42.00 annually. <br />SECTION IV.
