In addition, the St. Joseph County <br />Department of Public Welfare pays the City a per them for care of individuals <br />sent to us. These are the total sources of revenue for the shelter, and the <br />budget presented in this ordinance falls within these revenue guidelines. <br />If you have further questions feel free to contact my staff or the Director of <br />the Youth Services Bureau. <br />Sincerely, <br />Peter H.
