Stancati, Director of Utilities <br />TO: MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />SUBJECT: Ordinance for the Purchase of a Rubber Tired Backhoe <br />(219) 284 -9322 <br />The Bureau of Water is presenting an Ordinance to the Common <br />Council which will approve the purchase of a 1978 rubber tired backhoe. <br />Bids were let pursuant to the Statutes of the State of Indiana <br />and were found competitive. The Contract was awarded to Hite Equipment, Plymouth <br />Indiana, by the Board of Water Works Commissioners on the 17th day of April, <br />1978, as being the lowest and best bid.
