I� <br />COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING — NOVEMBER 13, 1967 <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO <br />ACCOUNT Q -26, "OTHER CONTRACTUAL SERVICES ", <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,500.00 AND THE TRANSFER <br />OF THE SAME FROM ACCOUNT Q -11, "SERVICES <br />PERSONAL ", ALL BEING IN THE GENERAL FUND. <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance proponents and opponents were <br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon. Speaking in favor of the Ordinance was Cecil McHenry, Fire Chief. <br />Councilman Allen made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Laven seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO <br />ACCOUNT E -21, "COMMUNICATION AND TRANSPORTATION" <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $150.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE <br />SAME FROM ACCOUNT E -55 "SUBSCRIPTIONS AND DUES ", <br />ALL BEING IN THE GENERAL FUND. <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance proponents and opponents were <br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon. Explaining the need for the Ordinance, was James Bickel, City <br />Controller. Councilman Szymkowiak made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. <br />Councilman Laven seconded the motion. Motion carried, (Councilmen Hunter, Wise,,:Geib , Szymkowiak, Laven <br />and Smith), 1 nay (Councilman Allen), 2 absent, (Councilmen Palmer and Muszynski). <br />There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Geib made a motion <br />to rise and report to the Council. Councilman Laven seconded the motion. Motion carried. Time: 10:25 P.M. <br />ATTEST: APPROVED: <br />j <br />CHAIRMAN <br />
