Motion carried. <br />PETITION <br />We, the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application and petition the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, to amend the zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as hereinafter <br />requested, and in support of this application the following facts are shown: <br />1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at: <br />Commencing at the north line of the first alley north of East Jefferson Boulevard at its <br />intersection with Logan Street, and thence running north and fronting on the west side of <br />Logan Street to the South line of Marshall Street. <br />2. The property is owned by <br />The Belmont Addition lots by Yeager Motor Co., Inc. <br />and the Anthony's Addition lots by Don Newman and <br />Mary Louise Newman, husband and wife. <br />3.
