REGULAR MEETING Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Council Chambers of City.Hall on Monday, October 23, 1967 at 9:00 P.M. All members were present except Councilmen Wise, Geib and Muszynski.. The meeting was called to order by President John L. Hunter, Jr., who presided. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Councilmen Hunter, Allen, Palmer, Szymkowiak, Laven and Smith ABSENT: Councilmen Wise, Geib and Mu.szynski REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON MINUTES To the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Your Committee on the inspection and supervision of the minutes would respectfully report that they have examined the minutes of the previ6us meeting of the Council and found them correct. Palmer Meeting of October 9, 1967 There being no objections the report was accepted as read, and placed on file. PETITION We, the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application and petition the Common Council of the City of South Bend to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend as hereinafter requested and in support of this application, the following facts are shown: 1.' The property sought to be rezoned is located at The Southwest corner of Ironwood Drive and Ridgedale Road 2. The property is owned by George 0. Priebe and Helen M. Priebe, husband and wife; George H. Priebe and Clara Priebe, husband and wife; Joseph Cira and Rose Cira, husband and wife; Place Development Co., Inc. 3.. A legal description of the property is as follows: Lots 572 and 652 Twyckenham Hills Addition, Section "K ", Beginning at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Ironwood Drive and Ridgedale Road in the Southeast one quarter (k) of Section 19, Township 37 North, Range 3 East; thence South along the West line of Ironwood Drive a distance of 430 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot No. 636.in Twyckenham Hills Addition, Section "K "; thence West parallel with the South line of Ridgedale Road a distance of 687.79 feet to the East lot line of Lot 647, Twyckenham Hills Addition, Section "K "; thence North, parallel with the west line of Ironwood Road a distance of 430 feet to the South line of Ridgedale Road, thence East along the South line of Ridgedale Road, a distance of 687.66 feet to the place of beginning, containing approximate- ly 6.75 acres; located in the Municipal City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana.
