<br />RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND PROVIDING PENALTIES WHERE SUCH SOLICITATION HAS BEEN FRAUDULENTLY.
<br />CONDUCTED OR REPRESENTED, AS AMENDED ".
