MAI R ILLAR_ FETING JUNE- 2b, A467 Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Council Chambers in City Hall in Regular Session, Monday June 26, 1967 at 9 :26 P.M. All members were present except Councilman Muszynski. The meeting was called to order by President John L. Hunter, Jr., who presided. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Councilmen Allen, Hunter, Palmer, Wise, Geib, Szymkowiak, Laven and Smith ABSENT: Councilman Muszynski REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON MINUTES To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: Your Committee on the inspection and supervision of the minutes, would respectfully report that they have examined the minutes of the previous meeting of the Council and found them correct. REPORT OF AREA PLAN COMMISSION June 13, 1967 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend, South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The attached rezoning petition of Mrs. Anna Drout, et al, was legally advertised under date of May 6 and 13 and scheduled for public hearing on May 16, 1967, At the time of the public hearing Mr. Edward Kalamaros, attorney for the petitioner, appeared and requested that the petition be withdrawn from consideration at this time. No action was taken by the Area Plan Commission and this petition is being returned to you without a recommendation from the Commission. Very truly yours, /s/ John K.
