REGULAR MEETING pril 24-1967 <br />PETITION (Continued) <br />ninety -four (94), ninety- five(95), and ninety -six X96 ) <br />as shown on the recorded Plat of Lincoln Manor, <br />Second Addition to the City of South Bend, in St. <br />Joseph County, Indiana. <br />4. It is desired and requested that the foregoing property be rezoned: <br />From A height and area district to C -1 Commercial and A Height and area district. <br />5. It is proposed that the property will be put to the following use and the following building <br />will be constructed: <br />A building will be erected to house the operations of the AAA Federal Credit Union <br />Pursuant to the alternate site plan provided herewith, the building will be used <br />for the offices of the petitioner, AAA Federal Credit Union , Inc., and for its <br />credit union.business, which is essentially in the nature of a bank business. <br />6. 23 off - street parking spaces to be provided. <br />7. Councilman <br />Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ANNUAL REPORT OF HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />The Clerk submitted the Annual Report of the HousingAuthority. Councilman Laven made a motion <br />that the Housing Authority-provide each of the councilmen with a copy of their report, and that <br />acceptance of such report will be deferred until a future meeting. Councilman Allen seconded <br />the ;mot:ibn;. Motion carried. <br />CONTROLLER'S REPORT FOR 1966 <br />The Clerk submitted the Report of the City Controller for the year 1966. Councilman Smith commended <br />the staff who had compiled the report on an excellent job. Councilman Geib made a motion that <br />the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Szymkowiak seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE <br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: <br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION;40 OF..THE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE:'OF_THE.CITY OF SOUTH BEND,` INDIANA., 1962, AS AMENDED, ALSO-KNOWN AS ORDINANCE NO. 3702, THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS AMENDED (Location: East side of York Rd., <br />1237.25 feet South of the center line of Jackson Rd. and commonly known as Southeast Estates.)
