1 1372 <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION TO <br />ACCOUNT NO. L -321, GASOLINE, IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$250.00 AND THE TRANSFER OF THE SAME FROM ACCOUNT <br />L -213, TRAVELING EXPENSES, ALL BEING IN THE GENERAL <br />FUND. <br />This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon. Speaking in favor of the Ordinance was Mr. Lloyd Taylor, City Engineer. <br />Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Laven seconded <br />the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Chairman Smith instructed the members of the <br />Committee of the Whole to rise and report to the Council.
