REGULAR MEETING JUNE 14 1965 PETITION June 7, 1965 The Honorable Common,Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions your honorable body to rezone from "B" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the following described property: The southerly 190 feet of Lot 34, the southerly 120 feet of lots 33, 32 and 31 of Kaley 2nd Lincoln Way Addition; Lots 13, 14 and 17 -28 inclusive of Kaley's Lincoln Way Addition, Lots 1 -4 inclusive of Overmeyer and Retka's Sub. and Lots 1 -87 inclusive and Lots 359, 360 and 361 of Part of.Lincoln Manor, being more generally described as bounded on the East by Olive Street and the 1st north -south alley West of Olive Street, on the West by Eclipse Place and Meade Street, on the North by the rear lot lines of lots fronting on Bonds Avenue, and on the South by Bonds Avenue and Westmoor`Street. /s/ Robert L. Councilman Szymkowiak seconded the motion. Motion carried.
