REGULAR ME ETING JUNE 14, 1965 COMMUNICATION Communication from W. E. Voor, Attorney for petitioner, to withdraw petition to rezone Southeast corner of ! Portage and Kinyon. !I There being no objections, the communication was accepted and placed on file. PETITION Petition of Community Teleception, Inc., for a license and exclusive franchise for the purpose of operating a Community Antenna television system in the City of South Bend. Councilman Smith made a motion that the petition be referred to the Board of Public Works. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. PETITION Petition of William E. Dvorak, et al, to rezone Use District and "B" Height and Area District to Wise made a motion that the petition be referred motion. Motion carried. PETITION Southeast corner of Portage and Kinyon from "B" Residential "C" Use District and "B" Height and Area District. Councilman to the City Planning Commission. Councilman Smith seconded the Petition of Robert A. Kober, et al, to change Height and Area District classification on a triangular strip of property located to the Southeast of the intersection of Lincoln Way East and Miami St. Councilman Smith made a motion that the petition be referred to the City Planning Commission. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. PETITION June 7, 1965 The Honorable Common Council City of South Bend South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The undersigned hereby petitions your honorable body to rezone from "D" Light Industrial Use and "B" Residential Use and "F" and "A" Height and Area District to "A" Residential Use and "A" Height and Area District the follow- ing described property: Lots 174 -196 inclusive, Lots 199 -223 inclusive, lots 226 -243 inclusive of Part of Olivers 2nd Addition Revised, lots 82=89 inclusive of Part of John M. Swygart's re -plat of lots in G. W. Swygart's 3rd Addition, lots 67 -70 inclusive of Part of G. W. Swygart's 3rd Addition replat, and lot 66 of John H. Swygart's Re -plat of lots in G. W. Swygart's replat of lots in G. W. Swygart's 3rd Addition; lots 71, 723, 731 54 and 55 of Part of G. W.
